Product Warranties

At E-Z Test Pool Supplies we are proud to offer the  Elements Series, the Summit Series, and the Premium series of Strong Spas. On top of the superior customer service that the brand as well as our organization offer, there are also some excellent warranties that help to ensure that you will be enjoying your spa investment for a long time.

Elements Series:

This is the top of the line series that comes with an amazing 10-year parts and labor warranty on the integrity of the spa shell guaranteeing that it will not leak for 10 years at the very minimum. The Elements warranty also covers all of the exterior surfaces and the entire spa cabinet that it will all be free of material defects and any issues with the workmanship for 7 years. This includes parts and labor as well. Other brand’s cabinets have been known to be hit with nagging issues such as rot, cracks, or peeling but if any of that was ever to impact a Strong Spa then the warranty would cover it for 7 years. Another very important part of a spa’s functionality is plumbing. Plumbing and equipment are covered for 5 years. This also includes parts and labor and would apply to things such as leaks that are based on defects or workmanship as well as on equipment that includes heater, pumps, and the control system. Also covered for one year is the integrity of accessory parts such as jet inserts, pillows, the ozonator (if included), LED Lighting, and more. The sound system also includes a 90-day labor warranty.

Summit Series:

The  Summit Series boasts a 5-year warranty on the exterior shell which includes parts and labor. Also included is 7-year coverage for water loss due to material defects or workmanship. The spa cabinet is also included all of the way up to 7 years including parts and labor. Just like the Elements Series, this model stands up to rotting, cracking, and peeling unlike many other brands in the marketplace. Plumbing and equipment is covered up to 3 years from date of purchase including the control system, the heater, and all pumps. Any accessories that you’ve chosen to include in your Summit Series are also covered under the warranty for 1 year. Things such as the jet inserts, the pillows, LED lighting, and the sound system would all be covered for a year. The Sound System also has a 90-day labor warranty.

Premium Series:

The exterior shell as well as the spa cabinet have a lifetime warranty for integrity including issues with rot, cracking, or peeling. The integrity of the spa’s shell is also covered against leaks for 7 years. Plumbing and equipment are also part of the warranty and get 3 years of coverage including parts and labor. Strong Spas warrants to the original retail purchaser the integrity of the spa’s Equipment Pack (pumps, heater, and control system) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years on parts and 3 years on labor from the date of the original retail purchase. Just like our other lines offered, the  Premium Series also has its accessories covered for a year. This includes jet inserts, pillows, as well as the ozonator. Strong Spas warrants that the factory installed Sound System will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the original retail purchase. The sound system has a 90-day labor warranty.
