We are always approached by many marketing companies with marketing ideas on how to get our message out to potential customers. We have seen and heard many unique ideas some of which are “really out there”. One of the things my brother and I learned early regarding marketing was very easy. “Do the right thing” these 4 small words have catapulted us to where we are today.
In pool season, our staff swells to over 40 employees. With that many moving parts, stuff happens. However, no matter what happens, in the end you always have to “do the right thing” by the customer. We advise our staff to use this philosophy when working with our customers.
Doing the right thing by our customers is a philosophy that has led to trust which then turns into customer loyalty. It has served us well over the last 30 years.
