    Love no more tangles

Got this to replace older Dolphin. So nice to not have to untangle the cord every 30 minutes.

    Dolfin nautilus

This is a 2 year review. This is the best pool investment I have made. There is nothing better than to put this pool cleaner in the water on a hot summer day and sit in the shade with a cold beverage and watch this unit do it’s job. No tangled line and mine does do the walls. When I opened the pool I had a lot of yellow pollen on the sides. This robot cleaned all of it right away. You can’t go wrong with this unit.

Does not try to eat it's own cord

I've only had it for almost a month, and I was initially disappointed that it didn't scrub the waterline, but because it doesn't, it also does not get the cord tangled up in the brushes. The cord has not been tangled up on it's own either. No robot is "easy' to clean, but this one is pretty slick. I've seen in reviews that it gets stuck in the steps, and I have to confirm that it occasionally gets stuck in the "easy-out" steps. All that being said, I would buy it again.

    GREAT Investment

Love my Nautilus Plus, I've had this for about 4weeks now and its AMAZING! Wish I had done this year ago, would have saved myself time and more time. I've no algae at all this summer long and it's been a crazy HOT summer in the Northeast. This machine is a beast climbs walls like nothing and vaccums the pool with ease. This thing pics up rocks, sand, and bugs with no problem. I'll be interested in September to see how it fends against leaves. Based on what I'm getting right now, I think it will be no problem. Great purchase total worth the wait, we saved up two season to get it and I can't be any happier! Rich

    Worth every penny.

My pool has 2 filters now, my main filter and this robot. It truly filters my pool everytime it runs. As proof, my filter pressure has yet to increase since I started using the robot, my 35 year old pool light shines, my walls, previously covered by algae (4 times this summer), are gleaming white, and I only need a 3rd of the chemicals to accomplish this task. Don't buy a pressure-side cleaner. Why would you want to run your energy-hogging pump any longer then it has to? It will save you time and money. I no longer have to vacuum or brush my walls, at all, anymore. Just plug it in, put it in the pool, push the button, and walk away. Or sit there and watch it climb your walls, steps, and waterline. It's entertaining. Clean-up takes 5 min. Pull out filters, hose off, and place back into the machine.

    So far so good

Third Maytronics robotic pool vacuum I've had. Works great now, but the last 2 broke right after 2 year warranty expired. Both of those worked great at first, then stopped climbing walls & covering the pool like they did at the beginning and then eventually stopped. First one it was the motor, second one the gear box. So let's see how this one holds up. Still the best robotic pool vacuum - especially for the money. Just wish they lasted longer. Our pool is only open 6 months a year, so not being used year round. Do like the top filter system, much easier & faster to clean; otherwise basically the same unit as the first two.

So far a very good product

After reviewing as much as possible about Robotic Pool Cleaners I picked the Nautilus. This was based on reviews as well as costs. So far it has worked as advertised. It seems to be getting "smarter" the more I use it. At first It seemed that it would not run the full cycle, but that was an error on my part. I needed to clean out the filters which were doing such a great job that they filled up fast. This was because I was using the system for the first time to open my pool. Since then the system runs about four or more cleaning cycles before needing to be cleaned out. At this point I would recommend this as a great mid-line product that is very effective for cleaning with out all the bells and whistles that more expensive products have, but to me these are just more things that can go wrong and do not add any real efficiency or better cleaning results.

    Worth every penny

EXCELLENT product, far better than pressure-fed pool vacuum. Cleans shallow & deep end, cleans steps, sides are clean - best investment we have made for our pool!

So far So GREAT compared to old Aquabot.

I am so in love right now. For years I have struggled with our previous robotic cleaner -- the Aquabot Turbo. I finally gave up on it last season and waited until I was ready to open the pool to buy a new one so that a return would be easier if I didn't like it. And while I have only completed my Spring clean up, I couldn't wait to share my experience. 1) it did not get stuck on the main drain: HALLELUJAH! 2) the cartridges are SO MUCH EASIER TO CLEAN that that damn Aquabot bag. Emptying that bag is so gross with silt and gelatinous worms and gunk. The cartridges are a dream compared to that. 3) it hit the whole pool on it's first run. I will update this in a month or two as the season gets underway, but first impression is awesome.
