Shipping & Returns

We never charge handling fees on orders, regardless of the order total.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders of $50 or greater to addresses in the Continental United States (Hawaii & Alaska excluded). 

To qualify for free shipping, all you need to do is add $50, or more, of products to your cart. As you walk through the checkout process, the cart will automatically offer you free shipping prior to asking for your payment. General shipping policies

  • Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days (M-F, not weekends)
  • Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days of placing your order (M-F, not weekends)
  • FedEx & UPS have temporarily suspended their delivery guarantees due to COVID-19
  • We do not charge handling fees.
  • Sales Tax (updated): Some states now require that we charge a sales tax due to the South Dakota v. Wayfair Supreme Court ruling. If your state is one of those requiring us to charge you a sales tax, then you will see the sales tax added during checkout. This only applies to a very small number of states. NH, where we are located, does not have a sales tax.

We reserve the right to end free shipping at any time.

Return Policy

Returns for exchanges are only available for products that are defective upon arrival, or on orders where we shipped you the wrong product. We will gladly exchange a defective product once we verify that the product has not been used. If a used product has been returned, we will reject the shipment from the carrier, and it will be returned to you. All sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds or store credits, only exchanges for products that have not been used, and which are dead upon arrival, or in instances when we ship a different product than you ordered. For products that have been used and need repair, please see the manufacturer's warranty for their instructions on obtaining a repair.

To request a return, you must log into your account, select your order that you would like to request a return on all or part of the order, then click on the link to request a return authorization, then wait for further instructions via email from our returns department. All return requests are reviewed and verified by an E-Z Test Pool Supplies employee to reduce fraud. 

Items that are returned without prior authorization through your account may be rejected and sent back to you. Please request a return before returning an item.

** Chemicals cannot be returned.

** Robots can only be returned for an exchange if you receive a defective robot, and we approve the return. We log the serial numbers of each robot, and will verify the serial number on the returned robot. If a serial number appears to be tampered with or modified, we will not exchange a returned robot. We do this to reduce fraud. **
