  • Q: I didn't get an order confirmation. Why?
  • A: Please check your spam folder. When an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent with the order details. It comes from, and should arrive in your email within a couple of minutes. 
  • Q: Has my order shipped?
  • A: Orders ship out Monday through Friday. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed, but if there is an issue with your order, a customer service representative will contact you before it ships. If you place your order on a Thursday or Friday it won't ship out until Monday. When your order ships, you will receive an email from with your tracking number and the carrier it was shipped with. Once your order ships, it will typically arrive at your address within 3-5 days. Your tracking information will allow you to follow your delivery. 
  • Q: Do you have XYZ item in stock?
  • A: On each product page there is a real-time count of inventory available for that product. This gets updated multiple times per day. On rare occasions, if a product is showing 5 or fewer items, and you order all of the available, the inventory level may be slightly off. If we have an issue fulfilling your order, we will call you to discuss possible alternative products that are available or to ask if you'd like to cancel your order.
  • Q: How long does it take to refund my order?
  • A: We refund orders within 24 hours of verifying the returned item, or if an item you ordered is out of stock and you do not wish to substitute your item with a comparable item. Your credit card provider may take longer to put that money back on your credit card.
