We offer free ground shipping on all orders of $99 or greater to addresses in the Continental United States (Hawaii & Alaska excluded).
We offer $8.99 flat rate shipping on all orders under $99 to addresses in the Continental United States. We never charge handling fees on orders, regardless of the order total.
Important: Due to increased fuel costs, oversized items may be subject to a fuel surcharge when shipped to certain areas of the country. We appreciate your understanding during this time. We will continue to monitor freight charges and revisit this when deemed appropriate.
Some items, such as robotic pool cleaners, will normally be delivered within 2 business days (not weekends), as they ship from our partner warehouses that are located throughout the country. Some additional exclusions may apply*.
To qualify for free shipping, all you need to do is add $99, or more, of products to your cart. As you walk through the checkout process, the cart will automatically offer you free shipping prior to asking for your payment. This free shipping promotion is for ground shipping only, and does not apply to next day, two day, or any other delivery method. General shipping policies
- Most orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day.
- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing them, when placed Monday through Friday.
- Most orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
- We don't charge handling fees.
*Free Shipping excludes Hot Tubs/Spas, Wood Pellets, BTU Bricks, and Firewood.
