It is comprised of a granular formula that effectively raises alkalinity levels which if left too low, might cause equipment corrosion. In addition to raising total alkalinity, this product prevents pH bounce. Alkalinity Increaser is compatible with chlorine, bromine, ozone, and biguanide sanitizers.
