Novagard’s Oxime Silicone Fast Tack Tile Adhesive is a neutral cure one-part RTV formulation. 700-163 is a white adhesive paste for floor tile, pool, and spa installations. 700-163 is specially formulated for bonding ceramic tiles, and cures to a rubber-like solid when exposed to atmospheric moisture.
