Hayward HeatPro heat pumps are the high performance and energy efficient answer to maintaining a consistent pool water temperature at all times. They’re quiet, economical, and can save you up to 70%. With very little operational noise, they are a welcomed backyard addition.
HeatPro heat pumps feature a standard Ultra Gold corrosion resistant evaporator fin. This works to bring extreme durability and is especially helpful in providing protection from the elements when in a coastal setting. The HeatPro line from Hayward uses scroll compressors which operate very quietly along with a UV resistant body that’s highly durable along with stainless steel hardware and a screen made from polyethylene to protect the evaporator coil and maintain peak efficiency. These heat pumps use dual thermostats that consistently produce warm water even when it’s cold out.
Hayward HeatPro heat pumps are built with a compact design for ease in installation and servicing and can be incorporated into either new or existing pools. The connections are CPVC union plumbing connections and measure in at 2” x 2.5”. These are common for installation or service but can still retain the ability to adapt to larger plumbing if needed. Another great thing for ease of install is that the HeatPro is less than 250 pounds and has a rounded design for ease in moving through such things as gates and walkways while also minimizing stress of installation.
The HeatPro has a titanium counter-flow heat exchanger for maximum heat transfer by pulling in the outside air and generating heat for your pool but at a fraction of the cost. Heat pump operation costs remain inexpensive when compared to alternatives such as natural gas, propane, and standard electric.
Hayward HeatPro Heat Pumps can work to get your pool open earlier and close later by keeping your water temperature regulated. Temperature control is accessed through a very easy digital display that’s easy to understand and use. Something else to consider with the Hayward brand are the great warranties.
