Pentair Prowler 910 Above Ground Robotic Pool Cleaner
We all know those days, right? The “Lazy & Hazy” days, where all you want to do is relax, have fun and enjoy spending quality time with your loved ones. Now, more of this time is possible, as investing in a Prowler from Pentair gets you that crazy deep clean that’s both safe and aesthetically pleasing. The Pentair Prowler 910 powered by Dolphin makes above-ground pools sparkle and allows you less time cleaning and more time relaxing and enjoying your swimming pool.
Features of the Pentair Prowler 910
- Top Access Filter Basket
- High Speed Front Scrubbing Brush
- Durable 40 ft. Floating Cable
- Plug ‘n Play. Ready to go to work out of the box.
This 910 is meant for above-ground pools. It relies on dual filtration to trap pesky and bothersome debris both big and small. The robot uses a top-loading filtration basket for ease of access and ease of cleaning out. It’s also easy to operate. Just take it out of the box, plug it securely into a power outlet, and drop it into the pool. The robot will do the rest.
Utilizing a robotic pool cleaner can be had for literal pennies of operating costs. These robots also don’t connect to your swimming pool’s operating systems so there’s no draw on your pool pump, no additional booster pump, and no complicated connections that you have to worry about.
The Prowler 910 has a cleaning cycle that lasts 1.5 hours per the operating manual. It cleans the pool floor, pool alcoves, and will also drive onto its rear wheels to scrub where the pool wall attaches to the pool floor. This robot does not clean the side walls or waterline of the above-ground pool.
The Prowler 910 clearly is an amazing choice for crystal clear above-ground pools. Its scrubbing and powerful suction make quick work of dirt depositing debris into a fine mesh basket that’s both self-contained and empties out in a snap.
The Prowler 910 is Ready Out of the Box!
A sparkling pool is only a few basic steps away.
Take the robot out of the box and position the power supply at least 12 feet away from the pool edge. Make sure that the cable delivering power to your robot is completely unrolled. Unrolling the cable will ensure no kinks. Connect the floating cable to the power supply ensuring that the connector notch is lined up with the corresponding groove in the socket on the power supply. At this point, go ahead and turn the cable connector clockwise to lock the cable into the power supply connection. You can then feel free to connect the power supply to the electrical outlet. Make sure to put the Prowler 910 into the pool by the handle. Never place the cleaner in the water or lower it using the cable as this puts unneeded stress on it and could damage it. If the robot is filled with air, you can gently rock it from side to side or turn it upside down to release that trapped air. When the robot is resting flat on the pool bottom, feel free to start the cleaning cycle by pressing the on/off button located on the power supply. The robot will operate for a full cleaning cycle usually lasting 1.5 hours. After it has finished the job, it will come to a complete stop.
The Pentair Prowler 910 is part of the Prowler series and is currently available for purchase. Our team at E-Z Test Pool Supplies has many years of robotic pool cleaner experience and would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
