Company review and genuine parts

EZ pool supply will make sure you get the right product for you unit. They stand by their knowledge and helped me with another issue that saved me over $300 by clarifying conflicting information of other pool companies and the manufacturer. The company spent a great deal of time with me during peak season helping resolve an issue and instead of selling me something I didn't need and turned out was covered under warranty. Don't be a jerk, if you use the vast knowledge of the company, buy from them instead of saving pennies surfing for a better price. This is a company who puts customer service over short term profits. As for the products I did buy. They were genuine Maytronic Product. When I ordered from Amazon, I received a substitute product that did not fit and the effort to return exceed the cost on my time and restocking fees. As a result, I tested the ethics of this company and pretended I needed to return some products. There were no hidden costs and they sent a return label within hour of the request.
