Swimming Pool Technician

We currently have a Swimming Pool Service Technician (year round) opening to join our team. Start the new year with a fresh start to your career. About the Opportunity

You will open, maintain and close swimming pools for residential and commercial customers, performing all phases of swimming pool service including: installation of pool filters, leak detection, pumps, heaters and heat pumps.

More Details

· Swimming pool service experience with residential and/or commercial pools.

· Mechanical and/or maintenance experience with plumbing, pumps/motors, fittings and electrical.

· Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

What You'll Need

· At least 5 years experience

· Comfortable working outside

· Valid drivers license and clean driving record required

· Less experienced applicants considered - pay range commensurate with your experience

Call Center Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time, year-round role, on-site, eligible for benefits. In this role, you will use your proven call center experience to provide superior customer service to our customers.

More Details

· Speak with customers to answer questions about products and services. Pro-actively resolve internet order issues.

· Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and advise them appropriately as required by the situation.

· Respond quickly and politely to customer phone calls, pro-actively interact with our internet sales team.

What You'll Need

· High School Diploma/GED required

· At least two years of related experience

· Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word

· Previous call center experience required

· Strong customer service background

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Punctual, reliable and eager to improve.
